Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how PepTech Partners ("PepTech," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. PepTech operates its partner website, peplogicspeptides.com, and related pages, forms, partner portals, and communications (together, the "Services"). PepTech works with businesses: clinics, physicians, med spas, medical practices, research product buyers and resellers, brand founders, and affiliates.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers information we collect through the Services, including when you visit the website, submit a partner application, use our partner portal, or communicate with our team.
Clinical information is handled separately. Telehealth and regenerative medicine services offered through partner programs are delivered by independent, licensed healthcare providers and their practices. Patient health information that those providers collect is protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is governed by that provider's Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy. Where PepTech handles protected health information on behalf of a provider, we do so as a business associate under a written business associate agreement and only as that agreement allows.
This policy also does not cover information collected by our white-label partners on their own websites or stores. Their privacy policies apply there.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Partner application: first and last name, business name, work email, phone number, state, business type, the programs you are interested in, and your business stage.
- Brand preview: if you type a brand name into the label preview on our website, we include it with your application so our team can prepare for your call.
- D2C requests: first name, email address, and state, if you ask us to send you a link to a consumer site.
- Onboarding and partnership: business details, licensing or credential information where a program requires it, tax and billing information, shipping addresses, branding files, and order history.
- Communications: the content of emails, calls, texts, and messages you exchange with us. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows and with any notice the law requires.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
- Campaign data: marketing parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), which we attach to your application so we know which campaign brought you to us.
- Pre-filled links: if you open a personalized link we sent you, it may contain your name, email, phone, company, or business type so the application form is filled in for you. That information comes from records you previously shared with us.
Information from other sources
We may receive business contact information from referral partners and affiliates, event organizers, public business directories, and licensing databases used to verify credentials.
4. How we use information
- To review your application, contact you, and decide whether a partnership is a fit.
- To onboard partners, give access to the partner portal, set up programs, process orders, and arrange warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping.
- To verify licenses, credentials, and eligibility for programs that require them.
- To send service messages, such as order updates, account notices, and policy changes.
- To send marketing about our programs, where permitted. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).
- To understand how the website and campaigns perform and to improve them.
- To track affiliate referrals and pay commissions.
- To prevent fraud, protect the Services, enforce our Terms of Use, and meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, including restrictions on research use only products.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers who work for us under contract, such as our customer relationship management system (Salesforce), our form-to-email delivery service (FormSubmit), website hosting, email and text delivery, scheduling, payment processing, warehousing, and shipping carriers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Independent healthcare providers and clinical partners, when you join a telehealth or regenerative medicine program and the information is needed to set up or run that program.
- Affiliates and referral partners, limited to what is needed to credit a referral (for example, that a referred business applied or became a partner).
- Corporate transactions: if PepTech is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
- Legal and safety: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of PepTech, our partners, or others.
- With your consent or at your direction.
[CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL: if you use advertising pixels or retargeting, describe them here, because some state laws treat that sharing as a "sale" or "sharing" that people can opt out of.]
6. Calls, texts, and email
When you submit a partner application and check the consent box, you agree that PepTech may contact you about partner programs at the phone number and email you provided, including by calls and text messages, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails. We may still send service messages about an active partnership or order.
- To stop calls, tell the person calling you or email us at the address below.
We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses browser storage to remember campaign parameters during your visit so they can be attached to your application. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. If we add analytics or advertising tools, they may set cookies or collect usage data, and we will list them here. [LIST ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING TOOLS, IF ANY.]
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers send a "Global Privacy Control" signal; where state law requires it, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. For applicants who do not become partners, that is generally up to [NUMBER] years after our last contact. For partners, it is the length of the partnership plus the time required for tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal purposes. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and vendor contracts that require security. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete information, subject to exceptions the law allows.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.
- Appeal a decision we make about your request.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws can make these requests by emailing wn.peptech@gmail.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California: in the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in section 3 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and professional information) for the purposes in section 4, and disclosed them to the recipients in section 5. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
11. Age requirements
The Services are for businesses and adults. You must be at least 21 years old to apply or buy research use only products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party sites and services
The Services may link to websites or tools we do not control, such as scheduling tools or partner storefronts. Their own privacy policies apply to them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will give additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the website.
